Based in Edinburgh and operating across the UK and Europe, GCE delivers specialist grouting, concrete and engineering solutions across a diverse spectrum energy projects.

Founded by Managing Director, Pauric Whelan, following years of senior engineering experience in structural engineering across the energy sector, GCE was built around a simple principle: combining deep technical expertise with practical, high-quality project delivery.

GCE is proud to support the delivery of Europe’s clean energy future through its work supporting clients throughout the asset lifecycle, from new construction and installation to repair, remediation, life extension and decommissioning.

With operational bases in Scotland and Ireland, GCE is strategically positioned to support energy and infrastructure projects across the UK and Europe.

Our Scottish headquarters near Edinburgh, and our base in County Longford, provide strong access to two key renewable energy markets, while our experienced team and specialist equipment can mobilise wherever our expertise is required.
