FOUNDATION WATERPROOFING & SEALING
Effective waterproofing protects wind turbine foundations against water ingress and environmental exposure, supporting long-term structural integrity. GCE delivers sealing and waterproofing solutions for both new-build and operational foundations, including the renewal of existing protection systems.
Our services include:
Foundation condition inspections and surface preparation
Selection and application of appropriate waterproofing systems
Sealing of critical foundation interfaces
Climatic-condition checks and pull-off testing where required
Quality assurance and completion documentation
Where existing defects are identified, waterproofing can be coordinated with associated remedial works.
FOUNDATION MONITORING & REPAIR
Cracking, grout deterioration, water ingress and other foundation defects can affect asset performance and require specialist assessment and remediation.
GCE supports clients in identifying foundation issues, understanding their implications and developing practical repair solutions suited to the condition of the asset.
Our capabilities include:
Foundation inspections and condition assessments
Foundation health monitoring
Crack injection and concrete repair
Grout repairs and void filling
Localised remedial works
Specialist repair material installation
Repair requirements are assessed individually, taking account of foundation condition, available technical information, site constraints and operational requirements.
